RAMPAGE BLUES BAND

It is a commonly believed misconception that the BLUES originated in America.

In reality, the BLUES was invented many thousand years ago in a cave in the Neanderthal, just a stonethrow away from where today is a small town, called 'Haan'

Haan (Rhineland) is only a couple thousand years old, and this is where the members of the RAMPAGE BLUES BAND come from.

In the true tradition of their forefathers, they play the original NEANDERTHAL-BLUES.

While the ancient Neanderthal musicians played the BLUES on wooden clubs and stones (listen to Buddy Guy's song 'stone crazy' as a reference), the members of the RAMPAGE BLUES BAND use brand-new, space-age instruments from the 1970's.

Let me introduce them to you:

'Mr. G.' / Eggman / Funky-Beaker / One-kV, studied vaccum tube technology while others went to kindergarten. Sings and operates the K-org-orgon through a hotrodded vintage Lesliette

Ricky Jo / China / Domenico, came all the way from manilaland to join us -> guitar

Marcel 'BOY' Weisheit, check out his instructional DVDs on right stick and left stick -> drums

Chucky / BAM, too much to crazy stuff to be offered here -> sometimes plays bass

Let me tell you, - as a word of precaution -, that NEANDERTHAL-BLUES is not nice, it is not easy listening, and it definitely ain't no FUCKING PONYHOF !

28.4 -> Pub Hilden

30.4 -> The Day after the Beer went empty -> see below
